We propose a building spread beneath a long large green roof that follows the landscape making a new hill.
Winding and crossing the hills freely, the wood-frame structure creates many indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
Under the hill, the interiors are organized in modular wood volumes according to their character and use; one room may be quiet and solitary, while another one may be a social and sharing space where many hostes could round up. The curvy hill and the evolution of the hotel offer hostes an intersecting set of different views.
In this delicate natural environment, we thought to make an architecture that becomes a part of landscape. We hope visitors will enjoy the nature and the lighthouse through the spatial experiences created by the hotel.
